    this would do it for 2019 five-year data if that's close enough https://data.census.gov/cedsci/table?q=hispanic&g=0100000US%248600000&tid=ACSDT5Y2019.B03002

    Otherwise you could get it from PL94 data for 2020 at NHGIS https://www.nhgis.org/
