    Hello,

    I'm working with a non-profit looking to map data available at the county level to CDPs. I need to understand how CDP estimates are constructed, sampling methods etc. I've scoured the documentation but can only find definitions of CDPs, not sampling or estimation methodogy. Can anyone point me to a resource?
