    ACS does it for you in table B19083. Just search "Gini index" on data.census.gov.

    Wow, that's great and a simple table without 300 columns. I'm going to revisit my top 10-20 health metric websites to see if there are some other measures I've been missing. I found it at https://www.healthymarin.org/ but I've not read about gini before.
