    Dear All,

    I have begun the process of posting an open source R package for small area estimation. The package takes PUMS data for a PUMA and produces "synthetic" PUMS-like data for tracts and block groups. See software tab at dorerfoundation.org Any variables in the PUMS data are available once they are converted to a categorical variable.
