Question 21 of the ACS asks, "What is the annual payment for fire, hazard, and flood insurance on THIS property?"
I'm struggling to find this data anywhere. I've searched through NHGIS, the tidycensus list of variables from the API, and data.census.gov.
I know the data exists at a county level because it is referenced in this recent NBER working paper (see the caption to Figure 18 on p42).
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe someone knows a table number? My web sleuthing skills are failing me.
