Using CPS Data with 5-Year ACS

    I have crosswalked the MIGPUMAs with Counties and am interested in using CPS county-level data, but I'm wondering if I should use a 5-year average or if I can tie each observation to the average of its year of survey (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022).
