    HI,

    I have been trying to download materials from the 2019-2023 ACS Variance Replicate Estimates page https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/data/variance-tables.2023.html#list-tab-1137920892

    I am getting an error saying that I do not have permission to download these resources.

    Does anyone have access to these materials? Can we get access?

    The Census Bureau FTP site was taken offline Friday afternoon, along with many other government data sources.
