Is anyone else having trouble downloading data from data.census.gov?

I get the preparing your files message and then nothing?

I've tried canceling and restarting, but still stuck in the preparing you files phase.

Wondering if it's a site issue or just something on my end.

I submitted a help ticket for this a few days ago. Apparently, they are having trouble specifically with the ZIP file downloads hanging. If you put in a help ticket with the details, they will send you the data. Or, you can use the UI to get your numbers one geography/timeframe at a time as csvs or Excel files.

Forgot to mention, the API still works too.
