Embargoed data download with new authentication

    Evidently the Bureau has changed the way they authenticate users with access to embargoed data. It's no longer using HTTP authentication, which is making the task of programatically obtaining new ACS data very tedious.

    Does anyone know if there is an FTP site for getting embargoed data using the new username / password?

    The embargo site uses cookie-based authentication now.
