ACS Data Users Group

Esri announced this last week, so some of you may have already seen it, but they have posted feature layers with select tables from the 2013-2017 ACS. These are sourced directly from the Census Bureau's API. The data are available for free through ArcGIS online, though they do not include block group level data.

And PolicyMap too has a wide variety of 2013-2017 indicators available, including at the block group level.

Good to know! that's not free, though, right?

All ACS indicators are free to create maps and look up values. Some features, like downloading data and creating reports, are available with a subscription.

data.world hosts these too. also if you don't want to use esri, you can get at all of their feature servers here: services.arcgis.com/.../services and use pyesridump to pull the data out github.com/.../pyesridump
