It's been a while since I used PUMS. I downloaded a data file and loaded it into SPSS. To check myself, I wanted to check a basic population number. I've weighted by person weight and did a basic sex frequency table, and my numbers are consistently about twice what they should be. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?
