Does anyone have problems in downloading 2018 year data?

I selected year (2018), Geography (ZIP Code Tabulation Area (five-digit), and then selected "ALL ZCTAs in the United Stats”

I tried to download Age and Sex table (S0101), I got the following Download Failed error. I thought it was the ACS server issue, and then waited for a day, tried again, I got the same error.

    Any advice from the group?

    Thank you!

have you tried the B01001 table instead?

    B01001 does work.

However, I also need files like s2704 (Medicare), s2701 (Insurance), and several more, I am hoping to find in B series, and have not found them. Do not know if all S series should have the same measures in B series.

Thank you very much for advising!

I believe S tables are summaries and pull together from a variety. The easiest way for me to find the tables I need is to check out the Appendices in the Summary File documentation that has a full list of the tables. https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/acs/technical-documentation/summary-file-documentation.html

I also actually added a tab to my version of that which includes all the variables for the tables into one document. If you are using 2018 5 year data - here my version of that table if it helps you.

This is very helpful! I am selecting the one for my study and downloading.

It still puzzled that why there are so many tables for 2018 that I got an error when trying to download such as s2704 (Medicare), s2701 (insurance), to name a few. This is a gov site and the developers must have tested numerous times.
