  • 1.  Tables S2701 and S2702

    I am looking at the 1-year estimates for these tables and cannot figure out why some states are suppressed in S2702 and not in S2701?

    Are you looking at the State level or a lower geography?

    oh. it may have to do with the size of the universe - S2702 is for the Total Civilian Non-institutionalized population. So the sample may be too small.

    EDIT - I only looked at the first variable - I see there are more in that table than just the Total Civilian Non-institutionalized. But it does look like smaller population states are the ones missing. Perhaps someone with more expertise on that will reply. :)

    Thank you for your response, I forgot to include the geographic level, which is state. Table S2701 also appears to be the Civilian non-institutionalized population so I can't ascertain why small states are suppressed in S2702 only.
