    Hello All,

    I am trying to find the most recent MFI (median family income) data that is available. I have had some luck using the FFIEC site to pull MFI data by census tract but for any year past 2015 the MFI is an estimate. I was told I may be able to find actual MFI data through the ACS but have only had luck finding mean household income.

    Does anyone know where I can find the median family income data that the FFIEC uses, or the most recent data available that is not an estimate?

    Well, median family income IS available in the ACS, in table B19113. But it's an estimate, of course.
