Registration is open through July 18 for the Data-Intensive Research Conference, hosted by IPUMS and the University of Minnesota Life Course Center. The 2025 theme is Understanding Health and Population Dynamics through Big Microdata and we are excited to have Drs. Katie Genadek and Trent Alexander as keynote speakers for the event. The conference program will feature research presentations that use full-count census and administrative data to develop novel data resources and methods, and explore a variety of topics, including:
- Health exposures and outcomes
- Education and economic pathways
- Impacts of housing
- Individual and intergenerational trajectories
- Mortality in context
- Migration and displacement
