Thanks to Mark Mather for posting about our upcoming webinar this Friday (Take Action: How to Write a Public Comment - March 20 from 1-1:30).  I couldn't figure out how to reply to that message, so popping in here to encourage folks to join us.

In addition to covering the basics of the public comment process, I'll also dig into some strategic questions that may be of particular interest to this group - including how advocacy strategy has shifted as agencies increasingly use AI in their internal processes, how public comments can help lay the groundwork for future litigation, and why, in some cases, your real audience may be someone other than the staff currently reading your comment.
