    Hi all -- I'm trying to read the tea leaves on whether the Civic Engagement and Volunteering supplement to the CPS will run this September. 

    It is paid for by AmeriCorps, and my understanding is that the interagency agreement to run the CEV may have been signed before the AmeriCorps cuts in April(?).
