According to the official data dictionary for 2019 to 2023 ACS PUMS data, OCPIP refers to "Selected monthly owner costs as a percentage of household income during the past 12 months". The LEHD Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES) data publishes data in 2010 Census Blocks. What software packages are you familiar with? I can link you to a github folder where I pull the data in python and prepare it in SAS.
