Hello Colleagues, I downloaded 2020 PL94-171 P1 and P3 data to get the total population in New Mexico by Census Blocks and Census Tracts. The block populations do not add up to the tract populations. I thought this would not be an issue since total population is not a sensitive statistic in terms ...

I think there's a few things going on here. Many folks who work third shift are poor, so they work those hours based on necessity. The time of day also limits public transit and friends who are willing to drive you somewhere at midnight.

Please discuss the data processing you would use to do this.
