My experience is that local governments are not queried for updates to the MAF except as part of LUCA program during decennial census prep. I have a memory of a statewide update to GQ addresses in Massachusetts during the 2010s but my recollection my be incorrect.

CHAS data includes race and ethnicity groups and some tables are available down to the tract level. Tract data is not available through the online tool; for that you need to download the data.

Thank you Diana. Someone else provided me with the file I needed to calculate this data point but I will definitely take a look at your ArcGIS Online project.

Andy and Glenn - Thanks for your help. Does anyone know where to download the national PL94-171 File? I seem to be unable to find it through www2.census.gov.
